Introducing Integrated Coastal Zone Management (ICZM), an approach globally recognised as optimal to a successful coastal management. Here, the ICZM at the regional level, in the Mediterranean, is going to be presented.

The topics for the advanced course are going to be the same as for the basic course, but additional materials will be provided.

Each topic will be presented in 1 week, so that the advanced course will last 12 weeks plus 1 more week for the preparation of the final essay.

Finally, the candidates of the advanced course are going to be asked to propose the subjects for their final essay.

The advanced candidates who will have participated in the simulation game, and whose essays will have been accepted, will be awarded a certificate from PAP/RAC.

The best candidate will be engaged in the current PAP/RAC projects.
